  This is the best staffed Arby's. The wait can get a little long depending on the line, but I believe their food takes a little longer to prepare so I'm cool with that. It's always hot and delicious and I like how they give me my drink WITH a straw while I wait unlike some places that give you the drink and tell you the straw will be in the bag. Pfft. Because the staff is courteous, I visit this one often.

  Megan at the counter is great. Each time I come in she greets me by first name. She always knows the order I am placing. Always smiling & very friendly. Great customer service!!!

  Nobody can make a mess of a sandwich like they do! Normally the beef & cheddar can be too big for my mouth, not the way these guys smash it!
